Delivery Details

Normal trading period shipping costs & delivery times

  •          FREE SHIPPING with all orders over R1 500.00.

  •         Delivery charges are based on the total of your order & the delivery area, this will be calculated at checkout.

  •         For international deliveries, a quote will be arranged through the online department. Please contact us here with the delivery address & the product you would like to order. 

Delivery Times:

  •         The Pro Shop delivers from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
  •         The Pro Shop deliveries will usually be done 3-5 WORKING DAYS from the date of order, however from time to time unforeseen circumstances could cause longer delivery times, in which case the store dispatching your order will communicate with you. Please anticipate a longer delivery time during busy periods such as during a sale, especially Black Friday & the Festive Season.
  •          The Pro Shop uses the services of Aramex Couriers for the delivery of all online orders. We can ship to any physical address but unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Undeliverable Packages/Double Delivery

  •          The parcels will be returned to our offices, and we will then contact you to reschedule delivery.
  •          Note that you will be charged again for delivery.
  •          Please ensure that you give the correct delivery details on your order and ensure someone responsible is there to sign and receive your order.
  •          The Pro Shop will not be held responsible whatsoever for missing parcels, should parcels be signed for at the delivery address provided.

Extended Delivery Times

  • If there is a product that requires an extended delivery time, we will notify you telephonically.
  • All items with extended delivery times are shipped, with your approval, as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.

Order Returns

  •          If you would like to return or exchange your order. Please contact us here with your order number and the details of your request. 
  •          Online orders can also be exchanged or returned in-store. Excluding George, Nelspruit & Port Elizabeth.
  •         You will receive a printable waybill that needs to be signed and attached to your parcel. This process protects our customers against any lost parcels.
  •          The parcel will be delivered back to The Pro Shop
  •          Your new order will be processed and dispatched or a refund will be processed depending on your request.
