The SKLZ Gold Drive Swing Aid is used to improve your club head speed and technique to create a more consistent swing. This training tool includes two weights that can be configured into three different club weights to work on your overall swing.
You can use only the shaft with no weight for a 20% lighter club as a warmup or to train muscle memory. If you attach the yellow counterweight, you can practice lowering your hands through impact for a significantly faster release speed. If you attach both the black head and the yellow counterweights you can help increase overall swing speed with a 20% heavier club.
