TheStack includes 5 CNC Milled Stack Weights which enables 30 unique weight combinations ranging from 0g to 300g which can easily be adjusted through a threaded fastener. TheStack has a dual-purpose weights case, which can be used as a phone stand during training sessions and to store your weights.  TheStack App functions as your own personal trainer, guiding you through scheduled workouts. The workout tracks TheStack weight, rest, recovery and performance gains. This information allows future workouts to be adjusted behind the scenes, so your training is optimized to maximise clubhead speed gains. The program focuses on increasing clubhead speed over a 6–10 week period, which equates to around 18-24 sessions to gain overall clubhead speed to hit your ball further. TheStack Personal Swing Speed Trainer System tracks your progress and adapts workouts to ensure you get the maximum benefit from the workout.
