Prices are per person sharing, based on starting rates, and subject to change and availability.
Pricing is based on August (low season) and early December (high season): actual rates may vary.
Offers are not guaranteed until confirmed by our travel agent .
Rates may change or be withdrawn without notice.
Not valid for existing bookings or direct supplier specials.
Surcharges apply during school holidays, public holidays, and long weekends.
Valid for set departure dates, other dates must be reconfirmed.
The offer is partly refundable. Changes/cancellations may carry penalties.
Payment is made online via The Pro Shop. Any difference in pricing must be settled to proceed.
After payment, consultant with our travel agent to confirm and secure the booking.
If travel is not possible on your dates and you don't wish to rebook, a refund can be issued before the booking is secured.
If rates increase due to date/supplier changes, the client pays the difference.

Door to door delivery:

Delivery time is determined in business days.This is usually three to five business days after we have received your order, please anticipate longer delivery times during busy periods such as sales. Special order items will also take longer which will be communicated to you. The delivery address is YOUR preferred daytime destination from Monday to Friday during standard business hours (08h00 - 17h00).Please ensure someone is at the selected address to sign for the delivery.

Click and Collect:

 Please allow between one and three business days for us to complete a Click & Collect Order.This timeframe is dependent on whether all the stock required for your order is available at your chosen store for collection or if it needs to be transferred from another branch.Please wait for the store to contact you to inform you that your order is ready for collection
