The Odyssey O Works putters incorporate Microhinge technology. Getting the ball to skid less and start rolling as soon as possible, is a big talking point when it comes to putters. Microhinge Technology is designed to do exactly that, getting the ball to roll quicker will help you keep the ball online which should result in you making more putts.
We found the feel off the face to be nice and responsive, not too soft which is something that we like. If the face is too soft and you play most of your golf on slower greens, you may find that always feel like you need to hit the ball to get it up to the hole, as opposed to making a nice controlled stroke. At the same time, if you’re playing most of the time on faster greens you don’t want a putter that’s getting the ball off the face too quickly. This can cause you to decelerate on your stroke, which no good can come from.
Alignment is a big focus in the O Works series, lots of lines and sutle aids to help you line up your putts. If you battle lining up to your intended line, the O Works could make life a lot easier for you.
We were quite impressed with the O Works series. There are 16 style options available in the Odyssey O Works Black and 12 options available in the Red, based on that, we are pretty sure that you will find an O Works putter to suit your game. There are also different grip thickness and style options available in the Works series.
It’s always a good idea to get fitted when choosing your putter, you need to ensure that you get the correct loft, lie and length to suit your stroke type. Having the right specs on your putter, could save you many shots on the green.
The O-Works putters with revolutionary Microhinge Insert Technology have created a new way to roll, and they will change how golfers look at putting forever.
